this call go to doctor depends on doctor time to hear it,this technology should be install to a medical place,in which the doctor has not an out number patient they should handle

All the answerer can really do is collect the information and input it. I mean it does take time to do that, but how would this call get to the doctor?

I maqy have missed something, but as far as I understood, the real doctoras are working in answering services? I do not think that is a great idea because doctors (well at least in my country) are very busy and they usualy have to sacrifice their lunch breaks only to see another patient and if they would also answer help calls, they wouldn’t have time for themselves.

It is an excellent idea to have a 24/7 service. Plus, doctors are humans, they do get tired! Their medical assistants will ensure that work is ongoing.

Sometimes, even the voice of a more competent person could appease your fears. Plus, people read unbelievable articles over the internet and get scared. So, it is a good idea to call an expert before you are totally out of your mind.

One may need an actual medical check up, blood tests, etc., so it`s not always possible to rely on a doctor answering service. However, sometimes people get paniced by their condition, read all sorts of google articles, and panic even more! If they can receive a more accurate information on their symptoms through this service - then, thumbs up!

The bottom line on this doctor answering service is the composition of the team. The members should be highly competent since what is at stake here is the health of callers. Collecting information from callers for instance require accuracy.
