Abhi, I believe that you yourself have to know the answers so you could help people fast because some of them depend on your answers.
I also agree that this is a hard work and people who think that they’ll just sit around all day andswer a few calls from crazy old ladies should reconsider taking such a job because if people call you, they have faith in you and your answer.
That sort of make me feel a little more relaxed that people can just search for this job online and get it. But, what kind of requirements to people have to meet to work in this position?
I agree that medical answering service should be human,human with additional ability to cool down there emotions once the patient that asking to them some question only play them on reality show
beside training ,testing and trial on real event that is supervised by the expert is another guarantee for the new applicant do there job done correctly
