I agree that medical answering service should be human,human with additional ability to cool down there emotions once the patient that asking to them some question only play them on reality show

Abhi, I believe that you yourself have to know the answers so you could help people fast because some of them depend on your answers.

I also agree that this is a hard work and people who think that they’ll just sit around all day andswer a few calls from crazy old ladies should reconsider taking such a job because if people call you, they have faith in you and your answer.

I totally agree with you but has you said in your previous articles that this is an automated service! But still do we have to hire people for this service or the call center provide you with people.

I am still not clear about this thing. Is it basically that you take help from call centers saying that they would answers the calls of your patients.

Please clear my doubts!!
