  4. This is all about productivity. There are physician’s tasks which can be delegated so that the physician concerned can focus more on immediate medical tasks.

  5. Actually, I was thinking that people are delighted if their doctor calls and asks about the progress of their treatment. Most folks are flattered by personal attention. So, another professional can do that: call, inform, and give further advice.

  10. Bill have a good idea,but since every doctors handle different amount of patient,doctor who handle faster patient on the mailbox should be given an extra bonus for his/her concern to the lazy patient who only can give a phone call for there own disease
