actually I doubt medical answering service could be done for people who is non medic background,this job is not about meeting the doctor and patient,it is more to “relax the patient who don’t know what happen to them”until it times they meet the doctor
start the service with giving free trial or free service to the “busy institution”that often over whelming with the number order they should take care off,if that service help them increase there consumer satisfaction ration,you starting the good point of success
